MATES I need three housemates in my two level house queer friendly in Tacoma in the central area, very close to the Tacoma Mall. There is a formal dining room, living room, kitchen, fireplace, lawn to made into a garden, laundry, dish washer, and currently one bathroom. I have just cleaned the carpet and repainted the public space and are painting the bed rooms as well. The first one is upstairs $400 monthly (plus utilities) with two windows with wall to wall carpet. $400 deposit. This will be ready by soon. The second one is also upstairs is $400 monthly (plus utilities) with two windows with wall to wall carpet. $400 deposit. This will be ready by May 15th. The third one is in the basment $350 monthly (plus utilities) with two windows with wall to wall carpet. $350 deposit. This is avaible now. No cigarette smoking please.
